From Lawyer to a Certified Technical Trainer: How I Restarted My Career (and Helped 100+ Women Do the Same)
Decode the Readiness Formula and build your remote career in tech through training. “Can I really restart my career in tech after a long break?”I hear this every day. And the answer is YES !!
A few years ago, I was a lawyer by education and a stay-at-home mom by circumstance. But I had this itch — to do something of my own. Not a side hustle. Not a part-time thing. Something I could own, build, and grow — right from home.
That “something” became tech training.
I earned my certifications (Microsoft and Tableau to begin with), learned how to teach effectively, and built a career training professionals in the US, UK, and UAE. Eventually, I started my own company — Instrovate Technologies, now based out of India and Dubai.
But what gives me the most joy?
Helping other women — women who paused their careers, switched paths, or were never in tech — become Certified Technical Trainers in the field of their choice. Some chose Microsoft, some Tableau, others AWS or Databricks. The common thread?
They followed the Readiness Formula !
✨ What’s the Readiness Formula?
It’s not about how “technical” you are.
It’s about how ready you are to:
Learn a skill in-demand (we’ll show you how)
Build confidence in communication
Deliver value to others by teaching it simply
Keep going even when it feels scary
You don’t need a tech degree. You don’t need to be a coder. You just need to be willing.
🔥 This Series is for You If:
You’ve taken a career break and want to return on your own terms
You’re interested in tech but not sure where to start
You love teaching, guiding, and helping others learn
You want flexibility, purpose, and income
